Awesome - easy to use… excellent support!

Fantastic duplicates cleaning software. Worked a charm on cleaning up my “Photos” library (I had migrated from iPhotos). I needed support because it turns out, I had issues with my Photos library (my issue, not theirs). Support (“JON”) was amazing, very quick and professional. He provided clear detailed instructions to resolve MY issue, something they’d seen before. Nutshell specifics - he provided clear simple instructions for me to “repair Library” (start Photos App with , pressed). Once that Photos software process completed I started PhotoSweeper Lite and it worked perfectly, as advertised. It’s one thing to get a great product but the excellent support was a bonus, worthy of kudos. Highly recommended!
