Good App

On a huge self managed photo folder, the application did pretty well. Im not using any iphoto library for example. I left the program running and in the morning found really good results.
I found the auto-marking filters for the automarking especially useful. After changing them a bit, I received even better results.

Overall a good application that doesnt choke on huge number of photos from a regular finder folder. I havent tested with libraries (iphoto etc.)

Some features that might be nice,

matching pictures that look similar (or have different resolutions)
allowing the addition of new rules to auto-marking filters
matching cropped photo to original
