It’s not the prettiest, but darn if it isn’t cheap and does the job.

I just upgraded my machine, merged Aperture and iPhoto libraries and then ran this to weed out the (thousands) of duplicates. I recommend moving through the different ‘compare’ scenarios from tightest parameters to loosest. That makes the process a little easier.
